Figured out the issue with deadlift and squat pain. My L3 and L4 are just achy and stiff. So today before I deadlifted and afterwards I did Reverse Hyperextensions 4 sets of 12 to 20 reps. The decompression I felt was amazing.

Also Imma set a goal for myself....Imma OHP the most on this board...2023...

Weights and Ketosis got me feeling DEMONIC:mjlit:

190...literally just started this week. Imma run a OHP cycle. Treat it like my bench press cycle. Pauses and all. Add in shoulder mobility and stretching Imma look like Mbaku outchére...

Heavy singles of 315...reps of 8 at 275. I lift solo so I cant really stress my CNS as much as I want on bench.

Its only been 11 weeks since my 2 yr lay off and my strength has pretty much returned. As long as I avoid cardio on keto I should get beacoup skrength gains. Dat cardio was eating my muscle cause I refuse LISS.
