A nikka was a straight wreck from yesterday and i had to lift them heavy parts up to the 3rd floor TWICE

I cursed myself for going to the gym because i had NO strength. Almost wanted to say fukk this bed, after 1.30 hours i finally got them both in my apartment.

I have gone hard in the gym but that 1:30h was insane. I was a wet dog when i was done

I fukking suffered doing that myself. It it were dumbells, easy but a fukked king size bed in a narrow stair case 3 stories high

I did the same shyt for my Cal King in my old building and that bytch is 10 inches of memory foam.

Also walked my 82” TV up and down 3 flights.

New plan next week. This week is the base week just to see where I’m at on lifts then next week begins week 1 then will run for 9 weeks until Thanksgiving.

Upper and Lower day splits, main focus on compounds and a few accessory lifts. Just a bit worried about incline bench, got my right shoulder feeling funny. Wondering if swapping to incline DB press would be better….

Folks...if you have lower back issues or feel your lower back when squatting and deadlifting....

Start doing Reverse Hyperextensions everyday you set foot in the gym as a warm up.

Within in 3 weeks flat your back issues will come to a complete hault and ya deadlift and squat form will get better.
