I’ve been training with a wider grip and I’ve been doing dumbbell bench presses for the last few months. I started benching with out leg drive last Monday. I should hit 405 easy if I can get 315 for 8-10 with my feet up.

Does the elbow sleeves help. Finally hit 315 for 1 rep 2 weeks ago.

Some sleeves help you get more weight depending on the material.
My sleeves just give me more support/stability. My ulnar nerve keeps popping out and sliding over my right elbow when I don’t wear a sleeve.

About to go outside and do jumprope for 30 minutes before it gets too hot. Going to get in my 60 minutes cardio in this week. Today and thursday
