Feels good being able to fill out shirts now as a former twig, I kinda feel like a whore these days when I wear fitted collared shirts. Must be how busty women feel. My problem is I don't have the pecs to match the arms and frame. They're pronounced but they aren't massive. Any pointers on gaining large pecs?

Here are some good videos, Charless Glass trained almost every famous bodybuilder:

You should incorporate dips at the end of the your workout

Good 5 mile run today in place of soccer.

Need to modify my dinners moving forward though. More salmon, broccoli and avocados for the cut. The carbs for dinner aren’t doing it for me…
No carbs after the lunches in the meal prep. Strictly protein and greens for dinners. If there is going to be carbs in the evening always in the form of bananas, dates, or some sort of fruit...

I suggest getting (via the Seven Seas) The Renaissance Diet 2.0, by Renaissance Periodization. Good book. Not overly advanced, discusses all the main topics needed to build a good meal plan without it getting into the realm of needing a degree in the topic. You're well read enough to process it easily. Don't buy t cause we know that cac Israetel is a right wing piece of shyt....if anything DM me an email address and I'll put it on my ghost google drive and you can download it from there.

42 miles of cycling yesterday…yea there is no way I’m making the gym this morning. Slept all the way through my alarm.

Will be doing an evening workout session unfortunately.

Good looking and I’ll check it out. Really have needed to tweak the diet the last 2-3 weeks as I’ve stalled a bit. Working out hasn’t been an issue thankfully.

I go to 24 Hour fitness. I've only been to a single one so I'm not sure if equipment is the same for them all
24hr fitness should have hammer strength press machines, a dip machine, cables/pec deck. Do those along with a bench press or smith machine press, either one. For the cable flyes hit it from different angles.

Do a combo of those four. Frequency 2-3x a week. Don’t just hit that shyt once a week. I believe when you need to bring up a weak body part then you got to hit it multiple times a week. At least twice.

42 miles? Why?
Pretty much was @xXMASHERXx said. Why not?

Me and boys cycle on Sundays and we usually do 25 miles, but yesterday the weather was really good and we said let’s do 30 miles.

We got to our midway point (start of a bridge) and we were like, there is no way we don’t actually cross the bridge now that we’re here.

2025 I told myself I really have to take my health far more seriously. Lost my Uncle last year at 58 and a couple of my close friends all lost their fathers at relatively young ages (late 50s, early 60s).

I must build up the good habits while I’m still young (29) because it only gets harder from here (changing diet, adding more exercise etc).

Plus, I’m in Cali and the weather and culture is very conducive for being fit and active so again, why not? :manny:

Exactly. We enjoyed the push and the weather was amazing. Planning to do a proper 60 miler which loops around the SF Bay in a few weeks once the rains let up.

Not my thing but I could see getting in a zone and just riding.
Pretty much this. We planned to do 30-32 miles but our midway point was the start of the San Rafael-Richmond Brigde.

Like we weren’t going to just get to the bridge and not cross it :pachaha:

Back on forth on the bridge added another 9 miles to the ride.

Cause it's 42 miles. Sounds like torture.

Was it intense at times? Absolutely, especially crossing the bridge with the drag. Some of the hills were intense, too.

But I’d be lying to you if I didn’t feel amazing once we were done and even this morning I woke feeling very refreshed. Can’t wait to do 60 miles in a bit.

We had a lot of fun.
