Finally hit the 1000 pound club for Bench/Squat/Deadlift.

Bench 265
Squat 405 - feels like I may need to go a lil lower possibly
Deadlift 405

Trying to nail down my routine for next year and think I'm close, wanting to switch out 2 leg lifts for power cleans and snatches.

Any recommendations on what to remove from:
Leg Extensions
Lug Curls
Zercher Marches
Zercher Squats
Dumbbell / Barbell RDLs
Barbell Good Mornings

Taking a break from exercising and the gym to rest my body especially my knees. I most definitely fukked something up because that joint feels sore and raw

Don't take this the wrong way but you should also use that time to do some research on exercising to educate yourself some more. I'm not surprised you messed something up because from the way you speak when it comes to lifts shows you have no idea what you are talking about and your ego is leading you down a bad path.

Honestly, I hear what youre saying but youre projecting sir. At least I know what my issue is. Youre basically doing the same sh1t youre accusing me of. :mjlol: i dont even lift heavy like that and you dont know what my goals in the gym is. How about you work on your insecurities and dont use me for that sh1t?
