Finally hit the 1000 pound club for Bench/Squat/Deadlift.

Squat 405 - feels like I may need to go a lil lower possibly
Deadlift 405
Trying to nail down my routine for next year and think I'm close, wanting to switch out 2 leg lifts for power cleans and snatches.

Lug Curls
Zercher Marches
Zercher Squats
Dumbbell / Barbell RDLs
