I worked on legs yesterday.
Hang cleans - (first rep for each set was a power clean)
1. 10 reps at 95 lbs.
2. 5 reps at 135 lbs.
3. 5 reps at 135 lbs.
4. 5 reps at 135 lbs.

1. 10 reps at 135 lbs.
2. 8 reps at 225 lbs.
3. 6 reps at 245 lbs.

feeling.I do workouts starting heavy first and then go down, also. In those workouts, you can usually go heavier because you are not spent yet.Any reason you do the lighter weights first? I always start with the heaviest and by the time I get the set with the lighter weights it's afeeling.
