Bulk brehim not sure if I should continue to cut for a little bit, or start my bulk
im 181, but i still have a little more fat around my stomach than I want. my arms, legs, face, etc have all leaned out since the end of my bulk, so im thinking if i keep cutting for a bit, i'll be able to get this little fat off around my midsection to be lookin
but then again i don't want to lose anymore weight![]()

Going to attempt to go with no shakes next week. I usually use hemp in the afternoon during the week but I'm going to switch it out for a small lean protein and small amount of veggies.
Grocery bill might hurt this week![]()

I was/am there... I could lean out now and look OK... or I could bulk up another 20lb and be straight for next summer
Thats the other thing... summer is almost over... it's gonna be back to jackets and sweaters instead of tanks and trunks. If you are on the fence you might as well take this time out of the sun to build some mass
