4-6 sets for back, shoulder and chest, 6-10 reps. 70-80% max. about 2 exercises per part
Try alternating the chest / shoulder order.
U1: Chest -> shoulder
U2: Shoulder -> chest
...and base their gains off their respective days. (U1 progression is based off U1 numbers, etc)

and went back at dude and he kinda fell back cause other people was watching and probably figured he was gonna mess up everybody's money.



@ buking shyt is wa too retarded. i think i got a tape worm. i increased my calories 500-800 a day over the last 2 weeks and aint gain shyt
i'm stronger, but i think i might have to be a svelte semi strong type person on some mayweather shyt. eating and drinking all this shyt every damn is pissing me off especially if i aint gaining no fukkin weight
