Man, aint nothin worse than seeing results in the mirror, only to happen upon an unfamiliar mirror (department store dressing room) and have the lighting make you look :flabbynsick:

My BF% looked like 4-5% higher in that fukking mirror, now I don't know what to trust :why:

I worked on legs yesterday. Squats.
I even videotaped two of my sets with my cell phone. I just leaned it on the floor against a leg press machine and hit the record button. :manny: I don't want to post the video because I don't want someone to say "Hey, I know that guy!"
So I warmed up with 95 lbs x 10 reps on a Smith machine. Then the power rack was empty so I finished there.
145 lbs x 10 reps
195 lbs x 10 reps
245 lbs x 5 reps
245 lbs x 5 reps
295 lbs x 1 rep
265 lbs. x 5 reps
265 lbs. x 5 reps
245 lbs. x 6 reps

Got damn breh. I'd be dead after that. I've always played basketball and used it as a "lower body workout" so I never really emphasized lower body routines in my workouts. I usually get about 3-4 sets of 155-185 lbs on the Smith machine. I gotta step it up

Yeah I've committed to so many cuts under dressing room lighting :denzelol:

Got abdominal DOMS for I think the first time in my life :leostare:

Since I'm only doing 5X5 on leg day I have plenty of time for ab work, I have always been 1 set and done but I did 4 working sets this time. Made the mistake of doing decline bench crunches holding a small plate on my last set, only got like 3 reps and bounced out the gym defeated :sadcam:
