Fruit punch BCAAs is a very underrated pre-workout. I drank one before and during a heavy leg workout today... didn't feel hypoglycemic at all, came home and damn near forgot to eat. Def gonna mess with that now, and will lean on that even more in my cut.

Back. You can lift more in poundage. Front squats do stress your quads more, more but you can't lift as much. If you can back squat 315, there's no way you can front squat 315.
