Let me preface this by saying I'm not where I want to be yet and will NEVER claim to be some know it all shyt I pride myself in my coachability but I've made some physically noticeable strides over the summer into the fall so with that it starts the compliments then the "How'd you do it" from ur people once they start to see it. (Since only fellow gym rats care about things like your main lifts are up a bit since spring  )

It's hilarious to me how people who aren't gym regulars love finished products and result but can't be bothered to hear about the process or rather they'd like the process not to apply to them.

I try to support any and all my friends when I see them post up progress pics or meals, workouts etc. but lotta times those updates don't get much love as a whole, but when those after pics start to pop up tho it's like night and day with the love

I've lost count of friends, co-workers etc who've asked what I did, what I'm doing, what I'm eating etc. .. and as soon as I try to tell them they start immediately asking about shortcuts, how much can they drink during this because they don't wanna not have a life. .. ok but how fast do you think can I lose (insert unrealistic number and borderline dangerous time frame) when can they have cheat days etc :mindblown:

You ain't lying man.

Folks will treat you like your a crazy lying sack of shyt if you tell them there's no magic tricks, pills or potions to it and that you'll fail and waste time at a lotta different stuff before you find what works and what doesn't for you.

been rushed to the emergency room 3 times since september with heart and neurological problems and havent been able to work out for almost two months now. ive gotten :flabbynsick: compared to my old self. im so desperate to follow a nutrition/workout plan im thinking about buying that marc perry builtlean guide for $147:mjcry:comes with meal plans and an 8 week program, pretty much something that i can always follow and not fall off the path with. so tired of just eating grilled chicken, if anything im really buying it for all the meal options and off those 8 week results pictures. someone talk me out of this brehs :mjcry:
Oh shyt hope you get better, breh....
