.Failed miserably this morning at trying to move my routine to the AM. Woke up at 4:30 planning on being out the house by 5. Ended up leaving at 6:20 and coming straight to work.
Will retry that shyt tomorrow.
. Got there a little later than I wanted to because I was a lil disorganized but I got there, got my full routine in and still had time to spare before leaving
. Gonna streamline that shyt and make the jump. Funny enough the gym is just as full, only difference is instead of the normal 70% fat 30% "other" that are there in the evenings are replaced with mostly brolic people in the morning. Same here except the not showering in the morning partI tried that early morning shyt, honest I did
Just couldnt do it. My brain doesnt wake up until like 10 AM. Most I can do and used to do is a little cardio. I'd ride my bike about 5 miles to work. I dont like to shower in the morning... just get up and go. Working out in the morning threw my whole shyt off
Thank God my job lets me work out on my lunch breaks![]()
