dips on rings ain't no joke :whew: did sets of 5-6. Need to work on my technique though so the straps don't scratch my arms up.

This chick on facebook who is studying for her ACE personal training cert or whatever writes this post that says you NEED to have breakfast 30-45 minutes after waking up. So I kindly disagreed and she got all in her book smart feelings.

I told her that's a good rule to use for her clients but it may not work for everyone. She said "that is THE rule..." I stopped replying after that.
You were right.

If I didn't lift first thing I wouldn't eat until lunch. Personal preference of course.

Just did 25 miles on the bike in 2 hours. From Crown Heights BK, to Central Park and around it, and back. My quads on fire. But a thousand calories gone.

Failed miserably this morning at trying to move my routine to the AM. Woke up at 4:30 planning on being out the house by 5. Ended up leaving at 6:20 and coming straight to work :mjlol::snoop:.

Will retry that shyt tomorrow :ld:.

Well, good news, I've lost some weight since the beginning of this month. It's coming off slowly. I need to watch my eating on the weekends. That's when I noticed I was regaining the weight I lost during the weekdays. Also, I'm trying to workout 4 days a week instead of three. I was skipping too often in December, flabby and sick mode.

I was somehow able to get my full body workout in before the snow storm really became bad. And I know this might sound silly, but if I didn't workout today and I couldn't have tomorrow I would of felt guilty.

I did it :noah:. Got there a little later than I wanted to because I was a lil disorganized but I got there, got my full routine in and still had time to spare before leaving :obama:. Gonna streamline that shyt and make the jump. Funny enough the gym is just as full, only difference is instead of the normal 70% fat 30% "other" that are there in the evenings are replaced with mostly brolic people in the morning. Whole squad of juiced up middle aged Indians dapping each other up and shyt :dwillhuh:.

I think I'm going to grow to prefer this morning full workout shyt :blessed:.

I tried that early morning shyt, honest I did

Just couldnt do it. My brain doesnt wake up until like 10 AM. Most I can do and used to do is a little cardio. I'd ride my bike about 5 miles to work. I dont like to shower in the morning... just get up and go. Working out in the morning threw my whole shyt off

Thank God my job lets me work out on my lunch breaks :blessed: :mjcry:
