Did some heavy bicep and tricep workout yesterday and that pump on my arms :banderas:

Walked around the gym like fukking Hercules or something :heh:

Brown rice is such a different animal from dat wyte............................

And I find it really weird for a man to want to have his picture taken with a male fitness model. nikkas geekin like groupies at that Arnold Expo :scusthov: I am all for gettin dat bwuead :steviej: but posing in a picture with a man with no shirt on, be it mine or his? :usure:

Bulked up to just over 200 from 185. Play a lot of basketball, makes bulking harder than I thought.

Plus, after working so hard to get to 185 (from 240), I still don't really LIKE seeing the scale keep going up....even though I want to get bigger lol. I know, it makes no fukking sense, but I miss being lean :sadcam:
