nikkas gotta be on uppers if they can workout for 2 hours with no cardio lol

I'm usually in like 45-50 minutes max....used to take me 90 minutes with a partner, but that was filled with some idle convo inbetween and switching weight.

Got what feels like an obvious question but on this cut my regular bench is down 10-20 lbs but close grip bench hasn't dropped much at all... just maybe a rep or 2 on the last set. Does that mean I need to build my chest up? Brehs I havent done flys in about a year and a half :lupe:

Upper Body sessions have so many muscles to hit, two hours is nothing.

That's I usually warm up for a while and then cool down and then do the actual work.

What do you guys consider low carb? (In terms of how many grams.)

:obama: you get the unflavored one? i stopped drinking milk cuz it gives me bubble guts so if i get another powder gotta mix it with water :shaq2:
Muscle Pharm Cookies and Cream is incredible with water. Easily my favorite whey
