personally i think its a waste a money. protein powder and all other whole food protein sources like fish, chicken, eggs and beef all have bcaas :manny:

i'm kinda torn, i used to be on that IIFYM wave but now i'm unsure about this whole keeping your metabolism active throughout the day. i was thinking about trying BCAAs inbetween meals just to keep my gut active and not push my calories too high. they're not super expensive so i figured i'd give it a month or 2 and see how it goes.

I ran 3.0 miles and worked on triceps.
I ran 1.0 miles in 8 minutes. For some, that is slow. I'm in Larry Holmes status so that was like a challenge for me. I later jogged 2.0 miles at 6 MPH.

Different barbell and dumbbell thickness plus some weights I see at some gyms are degraded and some weight is chipped off. Some brands don't have true integrity pound for pound on the weight either.
