Did some back squats for the first time in a couple of months. Managed to get 405 for 3 reps :myman:

After the fiasco last week with my bad spotter almost fukking up my shoulder with 95s on the chest press I tried the 100s for 5 reps. :obama: My first time going somewhat heavy on inclines with 75s. :takedat:

Tried the tips you guys gave me on clinching my ass cheeks for the overhead shoulder press...went up 20lbs. :win: Still need to perfect the form before I go heavy on it. First time drinking whole milk instead of skim for my protein shake and it tastes waay better. :cook:

Geeked up on that hard work. :pachaha:

I done fell off :sadbron: I haven't done my routine in 2 weeks. On the days that I do decide to work out I just do 100 pushups & call it a day. I need some motivation :noah:

Realized I gotta run if I want to lose this gut.
Couch to 5K program it is.
1.64 miles today, gonna try to beat my distance each day.

Btw RunKeeper app shyts on the Nike+ app simply because you can shuffle your playlist IMO

lately theres been so much heat @ the gym :noah: makes it hard to concentrate on the lifts :noah: gift and the curse :noah:

I dont like interacting much @ the gym but I might have to change this :manny:
