My sleep pattern is on some 
I got to bed around 11pm. Wake up at 2 and feel like I've slept 10 hours. I lay back down until 4:30AM and then I'm up for good. I don't feel tired during the day or lacking in energy. I get a little more on the weekends, usually up by 6:30AM
