My sleep pattern is on some 
I got to bed around 11pm. Wake up at 2 and feel like I've slept 10 hours. I lay back down until 4:30AM and then I'm up for good. I don't feel tired during the day or lacking in energy. I get a little more on the weekends, usually up by 6:30AM

And to see if the guy needed help, needless to say, he somehow managed to channel his inner fight or flight stress call, through the weight back up. Needless to say he left the squat rack immediately
I felt like a worm. I'm pretty sure he was on roids, but still. I got schoolio'ed.
