bought a pair of these Reebok joints when they had their 40% off sale.

Should have done it a long time ago…had no idea how little support my Chuck Taylors were giving me

Might have to look into these since I looking for better lifting/workout kicks. How are these for light jogging/running?

People just have to learn how to share when you have one real squate rack with safety bars:

Dude: How man sets do you have left?
Me: 4 working
Dude: :bryan: Can I work in?
Me :yeshrug:

We had two different weights and rep ranges. Do your set, strip the weight or replace it and keep it going. I got my work in and so did he. It actually made me work with less rest time which isn't bad. More people should realize this and help each other out.

His depth was :whew:

End rant.

Yeah those numbers don't make sense unless he wasn't doing a full ROM on squats :heh:
maybe he is giVing you a single leg press which I tend to do...I can squat 315 for a few reps now, but I tell ppl I leg press 110 or so bc I do it on 1 leg...otherwise, he exposed himself

True, but in the case I quoted, dude said 300lbs on the leg press..idk...but if you can do 300lbs on the leg press with one leg then that makes his claims even more erroneous.

I don't think I can get to the gym in this weather. We got snow/ice/mix coming down now. :snoop:

nahh…lifting shoes generally are hard (for olympic lifting)…so they are almost the exact opposite of shoes you run/jog in.

These cacs fake stunting in the gym with the bumper weights....thought these boys were deadlifting legit 315 and 405....:mjlol: There is like a outside gym portion for deadlifts and olympic lifts which is real nice. Got 455 for two reps and called it a night. Dude tried to come up to me and "advised" me to use a lifting belt and gloves. :heh:
