am I tripping…or do weights feel different in each gym?

I mean…225lbs in one gym can feel heavier in another.
The barbell weight might be different. Olympic barbell is 20 kg of 44.09 lbs. but a non-competition barbell could be 45 lbs.
Depending on what lift you are doing, I noticed that different gyms will have different benches, and the width of the bench affects how much I can lift. Wider bench helps me to go heavier, narrower bench makes the same weight feel heavier at the bottom of the press.

I have this sharp pain on my left side right under my hip. Can't run for shyt right now, can barely even walk. I had plans of eating breakfast for dinner on Sunday as my cheat meal. Without being able to beast with my cardio, I fear eating anything pleasurable:mjcry:

3 weeks away from a barbell is a lifetime in the iron game....fukk my weak ass dwindled CNS brehs :mjcry:

2PPS Squats, Deads & Bench kinda humbled me last night, the struggle was real, some really ugly rusty ass reps :scust:

Should have taken out insurance on third party loss of gains before I travelled brehs..:to:

Back on it now at a proper first world gym trying to play catch up on the good people of 'Gainsborough' who have long swoled on without me :mjcry:

I skipped yesterday, and had a pretty tough workout on Wednesday.
I did a high-intensity-type run workout. I wanted to work last night but was tired. Tonight, I'll work out though.

I wanted to switch out routines it was getting stale.

Said fukk it might as well try Jay Cutlers' 8 week mass plan. Did absolutely no cardio maybe a 5 min slow walk before lifting as I'm tryina gain size. This routine was really good.

Gained 7 lbs, ate clean for the most part, cheated here and there.

I'm sitting at 210 right now. I was 198 last summer. I'm thinking of trimming down to 203 that would be optimal.
