I'd dread working out if I did that for any more than 2-3 weeks. That shyt is tailor made for ROID heads who can actually pull that off and recover from it

I'm a lean 6'6, 235 and I don't use any supplements, barely even mess with protein powder at this point. I'm like the exact opposite of who you're describing. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Whenever I do GVT, by the end of it I'm mad defined and my strength goes up significantly.

I may give that a trysix weeks. then I'll switch to some shyt like 5x5 or hypertrophy. But I want something new to switch it up for my mind's sake.
