I def want to utilize some different phases when I get back to bulking... volume phase, strength phase, etc etc. Instead of just training straight on one program.
I'm shocked I've been able to do low carb and gvt together
and actually gain weight too. This upcoming week is my last week on it and then I'm taking a little hiatus to reap my six weeks of hard work

low carb to me is under 200g of carbs

It sucks not having a gym partner. I can push out Atleast 3 more reps if I had a spotter.
