Talking about fitness is probably just as divisive as discussing politics or religion. There's so much conflicting information out there, but everyone swears their way is right.

Sure there's bro science out there but when it comes to fitness everybody knows the real facts and how to separate the two.
Most people I talk to IRL about fitness are pretty chill about it.

If they are actually living the "lifestyle" it's cool. If they aren't it feels like a complete waste of time.
i had the worst workout i ever had in a while yesterday..it was leg day and my knees were already screaming at me..it was a half assed workout because i was so sore..gotta run it back on monday

Not to be TMI but we have some fukking weirdos in Minnesota I swear.
Hit a suburb lifetime fitness today that I hadn't been to. .. showered after.
I had to use the bathroom quick so I'm in my flip flops and a towel. It's wet all over the place because the bathrooms are directly by the showers/hot tubs.
Cat in the stall next to me sounds like he's muttering to someone on the phone no biggie who cares right.
No. It went on for a few mins and I realize he's saying the same thing over and over
Dude was in there giving himself a pep talk or something because you could see his hands were in the air since he musta been a tall cat

I'm trying to hurry and get the hell outta there. Not outta fear or any of that silly jazz. Maaan im in flip flops and a towel on wet floors, I'm not about to end up rolling around scrapping with some psycho and end up on worldstar or some shyt
