YESMy people asked me why I got into lifting 5+ years ago. Now everyone around me are in the Holmes academy and know why. Hurts to visit home and see so many people with unhealthy habits.

Dude I couldn't walk for shyt a couple days ago. But I just squatted for the 2nd time in almost 3 months. yesterday, and I feel almost back to normal...My people asked me why I got into lifting 5+ years ago. Yeah same, I thought I was going fall down, walking down my steps. It's all good now.YES
I've been hitting chest/back hard the past couple weeks after a short hiatus. But I'vewhen it comes to legs, even though I used to squat 2x a week.
I get random aches in my knees that sometimes feel like they're gonna give out![]()
I really hate talking fitness with 95% of people. Nyggas asking shyt with bias and when it isnt what the'yre trying to hear they tune out. Dont waste my time then

Exactly, like theoretically most people know how to properly eat and get in shape(cut out beer, eat more vegetables, drink tons of water, workout / run a few mile 2-3 times a week etc...) but actually having the discipline of putting these tasks to practice is another monster....Sure there's bro science out there but when it comes to fitness everybody knows the real facts and how to separate the two.
It simply requires a business like attitude. I treat it like a job by doing it everyday whether or not I feel like doing it. Eating doesn't necessarily need to be a pleasurable activity it's only needs to fuel your body simply to sustain life. I make it as pleasurable as possible within reason. I eat the foods I prefer within the parameters of it being at least a little nutritious. Every day I allow myself to eat something that's pure crap though. Usually it's a pack of pop tarts and only if I stay under my calorie goal.Truth hurts, that's why I look a certain way and they don't. Even I take a hiatus from working out I still look fit, and never get fat.

Work out sporadically all dayTruth hurts, that's why I look a certain way and they don't. Even I take a hiatus from working out I still look fit, and never get fat.
