I would just look at it terms of your overall fat intake. Conventional milk doesn't see to have specific benefits in that area.gonna now switch from 1% chocolate milk to fat free milk as my drink for my post workout meal. (I have my shake immediately after my workout). Does anyone know if their is benefits of the fats in milk or not?
