My trainer noticed a few things in our session today. I'm not bending my knees enough on my deadlifts and my cleans are ugly AF. I'm using too much arms on them.

Def gonna get the form right first. It ain't worth to be reckless. Tho he suggested not doing cleans I do another lower workout with him.

Have a new gym etiquette pet peeve at my gym. Naggers apparently like to take weights of the rack that someone is currently workout out on while they are lifting. And they do this shyt without asking if people need any of those weights. I hate that shyt. I'll have my 25/35/45s to use for the next set and nikkas will walk up and try to take that shyt without asking if I was gonna use it, with a gym full of weights for them to take. Gotta check these fools every time. :birdman:

Went to bed early last night so I could get up and hit legs before work.

I like doing leg day early in the morning because the gym is empty, so no one will day anything about me spending over an hour in the squat rack.
:childplease: I hog the power rack for like an hour,during prime time hours, with no fukks given, when I do squats. No one dares to approach me, with a hurry up mentality when they see I have 3 plates loaded :mjpls:
