Went to doctor to hear results on the X-ray they took my my shoulder...couldn't concentrate just heard something about AC joint and damage. 
Got referred to physical therapist...they are looking to "rehab" it and then worst case surgery if no progress.
Atleast I know why my flat bench has never gone past 300 without pain.
Atleast I know why I haven't been able to throw a football more than 30 yards.
Atleast I know why my jumper goes whack after a couple of pickup games.

you can if you haven't worked out in 5 months... and sparsely before that for like a year.

Finally got to use a power rack Saturday for the first time since February
I'm definitely feeling it today.....but man it was such a good workout. Havent been able to hit my basic barbell strength moves in so long I almost forgot how enjoyable they are
Been stuck with dumbbells which is fine, but there is something that is mentally rewarding about picking up big ass weight on a bar
