I'm hitting legs every 3rd or 4th day for a month. Next day after, doing calisthetics and cardio. Then resting for a day or two.

The reason why I'm switching to this plan is because my bench numbers and overall size and development of chest hasn't increased/changed much.

Thoughts?

:bryan: Added like 75 lbs to my total this summer and thought it was hard work. Was so :krs:, especially because my bench started moving up in weight.

And I find out today it was because I gained 10 lbs. The scale at my gym is off :bryan:

And I got my first PLing meet next month in the 183 lbs class.

This is the first time I've ever dieted really. Scared of how much 7 lbs. will take off my total, esp. bench.

Muscle spasms are no joke brehs. Was stuck on my bed last night back, biceps and abs locked up on me for a good 15 minutes. :damn:

Just had to be leg day on the one time ever that all the squat racks are in use. :francis:

All that's available is one of the Smith machines. :scust:

I just realized that my left arm is 2 inches longer than my right arm.

Makes everything uneven - Pushups, Pull-ups, Bench

Knee wraps....:mjlol:My homeboy who I lifted with a while back would swear by those, but hate wearing belts. My lifts would drop with that shyt. Felt like my knee tendons or something was going to blow. Most of my lifting life I have never had access to a full squat rack and I've never been that bold to squat that far out the cage ever with a spotter. Wasting energy with every step back you take.

Haven't had more than 6 hours of sleep for almost 2 weeks. :snoop: Felt like I had a fever last night....passed out for like 10hrs. I woke up and ate and then was down for like another 3 hours.

When your friend is too tired to go out and another guy works early tomorrow and you have no dates or prospects lined up :mjcry:, you're then left with two choices. Eat ice cream and cookies while watching tv and playing video games, or go maintain your figure. Better this way so I can make room for tomorrow's junk food during football and night of champions. :manny:
