At 242ish pounds doing 10 reps/ 4 sets of dips definatly feel the pump in my chest afterwards.
My pull ups is weak. I can do a good 4-5 my first set. Then I'm slightly decreasing 2-3 good ones for 4 sets.
I always skipped pull ups cuz I ain't want to look like a bytch not being able to do 1.

I usually warm up with 135lbs. on bench and squats and that's why I usually leave a plate on there since the more stronger people are usually fine with using that for a warm-up weight. If it's too heavy for you to warm up with then I'm thinking I'm doing the scrawny scrub a favor by giving him 2x45lbs. plates to rack back up.
