At 242ish pounds doing 10 reps/ 4 sets of dips definatly feel the pump in my chest afterwards.
My pull ups is weak. I can do a good 4-5 my first set. Then I'm slightly decreasing 2-3 good ones for 4 sets.
I always skipped pull ups cuz I ain't want to look like a bytch not being able to do 1.
