did three hrs on monday and bout 3.75 to 4 hours tues - thurs. i usually do two hrs mon - wed and make thursday marathon day. had extra energy this week and the glutamine powder kicked in.
did 800 sit-ups(PR) on tues and have added heavier weights and dumbbells to the workout
lats and arms are sore as flip..... i wanna go again today or tomorrow but will stay on schedule this weekend to rest and recover.
