Being on a surplus and eating dirty does effect my lifts..


I feel strong as fukk for the first half of my workout but the

energy level is goes to :flabbynsick: close to the end. Not very optimal.


I have to keep away from the pizza:noah:

I worked on legs yesterday. It's been awhile since I went semi-heavy since I hurt my knees in the summer.
barbell squats
45 lbs. x 10 reps
