shyt happened to me.
I started this cut during the Coli contest in March.
Thought all I needed to lose was a cool 20lbs or so.
Here I am, 40lbs later and I still probably need to lose like 5 more pounds to be shredded![]()

Had to google that. I see what you meanIt's about 3,500 calories in a pound. So unless you ate the equivalent of 6 big macs (about 540 calories a burger) you should be okay.

I've heard similar. Because I've heard that you typically need to spend very little time(5-10 minutes tops) on abs if you want definition.0 minutes
I am thinking of throwing in a few sets a week though.
