Getting a little doughy. I would be OK 5lb lighter. Do I take 2 weeks and do a mini kamikaze cut or just roll it into the long cut I have coming in March? I feel like dropping 5 would keep me motivated. But I am making such good progress on my lifts![]()
I'd just do the one big cut, maybe do something like carb cycling now if you want to lose a little of the fat, so that way you still have the energy to lift.
