wrist tendonitis, he said i could do whatever i want as long as i had the brace on for six weeks but i dont think that lifting is helping at all even with a brace on. gon actually just try and rest it completely for a few weeks and just do some cardio

25 Box Jumps
30 Dumb Bell Clean and Press (15 per arm)
25 Push ups
10 pull-ups

Concurrently and timed :wow: and I did terrible

Different version today:
50 Pull Ups (assisted)
50 Push Ups
50 Deadlifits: 135
50 Box Jumps
50 Window Wipers
50 Dumbbell Clean and Press: 35 x 25 per arm
50 Pull Ups (assisted)

18:50 timed
