To make it a little better do your abs between each compound exercise .

Also I do my seated calf raises between my squats .


I don't know how your gym is but mine calf machine right next to squat rack .


My gym is like it was laid out by infants:martin:

I basically superset my ab stuff:patrice:

Might try that method out tho and see how it goes:ehh:

Can put like 600 calories of chia seeds and blend it with some pulped juice and it ain't no thang. :win:

Borrowed some 10mg melanin and got some ZMA for my sleeping issues...tonight I'm trying the former. :lupe:

You mean melatonin right? Thats a strong ass dose...i have sleeping issues too but i only take 3 mg

Yeah...took a dissolve pill. Felt it quickly, like I was drugged but idk what happened. Only slept for 2hrs last night. Not sure if the preworkout earlier that night interfered.

How'd you stay away for so long breh?

I just went 4 days without boxing or lifting :francis: hit the gym last night.......legs are sore af
I had no choice.... got a cold at the end of a deload

It wasnt really the time off that killed me. It was 3-4 days with zero appetite and like 300 calories. Lost like 6lbs no lie :snoop:
