My gym got hex bars now :whew: added 20kg to my shyt so 3 and a half plates (dunno what that is in lbs lol)think i coulda done more but my lower back said yo :ufdup:

Weak workout last night. Still had DOMS so I was fatigued. Literally yawning during the workout. Got 70 out of 100 reps with 345lbs on hex bar deads. Will make up the volume next leg day

Do you do sets of 10 with just compound movements? :patrice: I lowkey wanna try this shyt when im back at maintainance

I literally came in here to ask about how one would go about deloading. I sprained my back a little yesterday squatting and it made me realize that I've been going heavy for a while on the big three. Help me understand this shyt breh.

I've never really deloaded. My work schedule is wacky enough were every three-four months I take a 1-2 week from lifting and leading into it my volume decreases.

What is the mention of ACV about?

I'm on a cleanse so I'm mixing apple cider vinegar into my water a few times a day.

First thing is first, let your back heal...

You need to strengthen your core(planking) and Kettle Bell Goblet squats, as well doing some rowing to strength up that back.

Also YouTube search movements to strengthen your rotator cuff. Having a strong rotator cuff is underrated when it comes to back squating and it takes pressure off of your mid and lower back.

@Fonsworth its really however you want to do it

I like to switch to body weight shyt.... just do dips and chins for like 10 sets maybe 2-3 times over a week. Lets my CNS rest but doesn't completely kill my gains. So I come back fresh. Dont change nutrition or any of that shyt.... just dial it back in the gym

As for your back I wouldn't do shyt involving it until it heals.... in my experience that is the fastest and safest road to recovery for anything back related.
