I regressed brehs I feel so ashamed j wanna crawl into a hole and just cry .
This week I couldn't put those 75s up not one fukking rep brehs not 1.
So I start my 3 sets out with 65 lbs no problem banged it out .
Second set 70lbs banged it out no problem .
75 lbs
I had to go back to 70lbs and it wasn't an issue .
How in the fukk did I put up 150 no problem last week but I couldn't get a fukking rep yo.
Im was so ashamed fukked up my whole work out .
I don't give a fukk that I went up in shoulder press and bicep curls .
I'm so fukking pissed still and this was at 3pm.
fukked up my day yo because I can't even try again till next week man
There is something wrong with my right forearm but that's not an excuse . This shyt bothering me heavy brehs . I don't jump weight like most people I wait 2 to 3 weeks till I know I can handle it shyt got my mind fukked up .
