Last week at the gym I was doing shoulder flys and this girl starts doing them right next to me. Gets really close to the point that I'm hitting her arm. I move a little and we laughed but I didn't say anything cause I had headphones in. She stays right by me the whole time I'm doing my sets. At one point I'm doing dumbbell press and she starts doing squats right by my face. I'm married and really haven't gotten attention from chicks in years so I was super awkward the whole time. Just kept looking at the corner trying to not to stare but this chick would lift her shirt up to wipe her forehead (showing her stomach and bra). Luckily some younger guys came over and started working out by us and I just bounced. Felt like a creep but I wasn't trying to be and felt guilty too even though I didn't say or do anything with her.

Not gonna lie I am definitely getting more attention now but when I'm out with my wife I feel uncomfortable.

That aint me. I was just defending dude.

I'm 5'9" 165 so I'm still small too....but I'm very comfortable at this weight and honestly I'd rather be at 158 lbs and single digit bodyfat

Being lean >>>>>

But I still am trying to get stronger so I aint trying to cut.....just maintain

Finally got back in the gym 3-4 weeks ago after a 1.5 year absence :francis:




Lower body still respectable levels though :troll:

Just sucks I look stronger in my upper body than I actually am :russ: I know they look at me crazy in the gym lifting that baby weight


But real shyt I've felt so much better mentally since I've returned :blessed: just a good way to let out stress by letting the endorphins flow. Now I just wanna incorporate meditation
