Its always nice when you try something for the first time and it works...... got pretty much forced into a week long diet break, weight shot up 3lbs... 2 days back to the deficit I'm back where I started :whew: If I can have another 6 weeks like the 4 before my break I mite finish this cut like a month early :demonic:

I worked on legs on Monday. Deadlifts.
I started with leg press because this woman was in the squat rack. But, she wasn't leaving so I did deadlifts.
