First day at the gym summed up

At first I was unsure of shyt, looking around like

but I got over that when I saw a lot of people doing dumb shyt. Always that one skinny white on his knees with a pull down machine :martin:



went for an hour, and said i was going to focus only on chest/back. Did the bench press, and quickly realized I'm weak as fukk :sadcam:

It sucks I want to go heavier, but I don't have anyone to spot me :mjcry:


maxed out at 160 on the lat pulldown, and the low row machine :francis: (low row probably my favorite exercise;might even do it for cardio)

Did the fly machine, incline press at like 180, and the chest press machine.


I did something wrong with the arm extension machine and hit myself hard as fukk on the top of my head. I think a breh saw

I dont even know if I'm going to try squatting without someone. I might wait for a trainer to do that with. :mjcry:


Do I deadlift in the squat area? There's nowhere else to do it really. :mjcry:


Anyone else get paranoid about a workout if they're not sore or exhausted? I thought it was off that I wasnt really tired when I left, but I got home and I barely could wipe after taking a dump. And I still have to go to my physical job later, and lift shyt.


Had fun but I need to plan a routine ahead of time :patrice:
