Learning how to "pay it forward" with calories has me unlocking new flows on this cut :ahh:

Friend had a little get together Saturday night.... Chick Fil A catering on deck, I went way over, didn't even pretend to care :russ: Got up the next morning, drank some coffee, went for a beast mode bike ride and kept fasting till like 2PM. shyt averaged out under my daily target. I am dialed in like a MF brehs

I worked out on triceps and jogging on Saturday and biceps and jogging on Sunday. Plus, I did a bunch of work chopping up some tree branches that fell on my yard. Big storm knocked off a branch. Fortunately, it didn't damage the house. That took two hours and was a pretty good workout.

Did the stairmaster today for cardio and i liked it surprisingly. Sjit has you legs pumping thpugh.


Then i did some abs on the eagle machine and that shyt will have your core yelling:damn:
Anyone else mad sluggish when they get DOMS?
My legs been killing me since saturday. Eorst part is i had to work with tjis shyt and it's a physical job. Got me walking like my legs are in a cast.
