420 calories on the treadmill. Have to make up for my heavy slacking. 1st set of calisthenics almost killed me but still completed them all.

thought i was just gonna do cardio on the stairmaster, but after 10 minutes i said fukk it and went and did a light chest/back workout.



did some hammer curls like this, and the hold at the top for 3 secs will have your arms burning

So my gym (24 Hour Fitness) is going to implement a no gym bag policy in a few weeks. I'm not sure how that is going to work. Personally, I don't use one but I do so a a handful of people with them. I guess people are getting their valuable stolen. I'm not sure how well they are going to enforce it. Everyone is an adult and should be responsible to keep track of what they bring into the gym. :yeshrug:


Maybe people getting their things stolen wasn't as important as what they were bringing in.

Definitely on a :francis: mood today. Bout to do some deadlifts. Should continue the pushup routine but maybe I'll do that after or tomorrow. Been getting lazy lately. Need to burn some fat off from over the weekend.:francis:

Deadlifts
4x5 at 205
Squats
4x10 at 145
Seated rows
3x10 at 75
Overhead lat pulls chest and back of neck
3x10 90 on both
Seated crunches
3x10 at 80
Side lunges on machine holding a 25lb weight. 2x10 on both sides.
Leg raises on captain chair. 2 sets of ten with a 7.5 weight. Someone left it so I was like fukk it, I'll use it.
Fifteen minutes of cool down on multi incline treadmill.

Was productive, can't complain.
