Lord please give me my deadlifting strength backhow the fukk I get stronger on all these other compound lifts but deads went to shyt. I swear nothing carries over to deadlift

Gain muscle and tone up (Isn't that like the same thing?). I would also like to become more flexible.What's your goal? In order to have a plan you need to have a goal? Are you trying to lose weight? Gain muscle? Tone up? Increase your endurance?

Also, what do you mean by "increas your indurance". Is that like, whith running?
Almost felt like walking out but my kids were already in the kids place. Said fukk it and did 60 minutes of cardio. Was watching the Hilary Clinton trial and some Law and Order with the

I don't fukk with chins anymore though. Easier to control form and choose grip on lat pulldowns.
