Really thinking of dropping bench press and concentrating on cable chest exercises and push ups for my chest. :patrice:I train by myself and I can't seem to get the form right, ending up with some shoulder pain a few days after.

Think I'll come back when I'm a bit stronger.
I found that any kind of fly movement fukks with my rotator cuffs.... still nursing the shyt now

I am with the others... Hammer Strength machines are probably the way to go. Just make sure you are moving good weight. 2 plates on Hammer Strength is like 1 plate on a barbell.

Does anyone know what chicken leg meat is? Is it a chicken leg quarter without the bone or is it a chicken thigh?

Man I'm 5'7 175lbs 12.9% and I'm currently cutting down to 10% but deep down I want to bulk because I've actually never bulked up in my life. I need more muscle.

Gym brehs, should I cut down to 10% first then bulk or just bulk right now?

I didn't hit my goal for this summer so I'm just focused on summer 17 now.

Nah if you really 12% you can bulk now,it's guys who really be 20% and shyt who shouldn't bulk, you can bulk.

Bulking is definitely good especially if you do it right my man.

Two steps forward three steps back :francis:

Did legs on Weds morning then ran 5 miles at night. I knew I should've stopped running when my knee started feeling like was on fire but once I start I can't stop. Limped around all day yesterday and felt wasted, it was my rest day anyway. Tried to workout today and my body said . On top of that wife quit her job and the stress is making me eat :sadcam:

I was able to do 20 minutes on the rowing machine though so I'll just reset tonight and do 40 minutes on it tomorrow since it doesn't hurt my legs, probably go high reps low weights too till Monday.

I would say cut down first. Life is more enjoyable when you are lean and if you are careful about holding on to your strength you will bounce back fast AF. I just wrapped up a nice 20lb cut. I kept my reps + weight the same and actually got a good bit stronger. Once I got back in a surplus my muscles filled up like balloons and I was able to add on a ton more volume. And I'm still veiny and much leaner than when I started. You are going to have to cut eventually, might as well do it now when you're at 13% than later when you are 15-16%. Better to stay leaner on average if being lean is part of your goals.
