Been trying to hit 1000 pounds on my big three lifts and I don't know where these last 90 pounds are gonna come from :francis:

Hit the wall brehs...Shutting down for a week! Motivation gone, and just need to take some time out.

Anybody else get this same feeling from time to time?
Been that way a lot lately. Work been so stressful. But I at least do the important stuff like pull-ups and squats so my body will stay woke

Anyone try those yoga balls to sit on? My office chair is killing my lower back...already bad enough staring at computer screens all day. :francis:

Time to size up in my work khakis...my 34x34s are too tight...either I buy new pants or stop squatting and you know my answer. :mjgrin:

at what point do yall add weight to your dips and pullups? i can do 3 sets of 10 for dips and 10/8/7 for pullups. i just bought a belt to add weight but not so sure if i should use it for pullups until i can get 3/10. im on a cut tho so i doubt ill be able to add strength for them

Wifey wants a fitbit for her bday. Not sure which to get. She's jogs alot and is tryna maintain her current weight by eating a sugar free, low carb diet.
Any suggestions ?

For me slowing the pull-ups down was more effective :mjgrin:

Trying some different exercises to help get the big three number up. Did sumo deadlifts, leg press and rack pulls today. :ehh:
