For me slowing the pull-ups down was more effectiveat what point do yall add weight to your dips and pullups? i can do 3 sets of 10 for dips and 10/8/7 for pullups. i just bought a belt to add weight but not so sure if i should use it for pullups until i can get 3/10. im on a cut tho so i doubt ill be able to add strength for them
