Just noticed you're supposed to switch to 3x5 on stronglifts once you reach a certain strength level. It's actually a relief because a workout takes a long time to finish (safely) on the 5x5 rep scheme. I've gotten to a point where I'm not finishing or barely finishing workouts :damn:

It's hard to say based on your post.

Good size but mostly fat seems like a contradiction.

Ultimately what do you want to achieve?

Finally got around to deadlifting again. Just stayed conservative and did my set of 5 with 450 which felt like bag of feathers surprisingly.

I ment like if I can stay the same size but with muscle I'll be happy. I'm 5'8 some where between 220-230.
My Ultimate goal is to Get in shape and to get swole(Muscle mass&Strength) Im just starting to workout

I trained two days ago for the first time in six weeks. My numbers are way down. My squat and military press were nearly 20lbs lighter than what I was lifting when I stopped in October. I stayed on the same weight as before for lat raises and shoulder shrugs.

It's absolutely fukked me, I'm walking like an old man :mjlol: my legs are sorer than a motherfukker! Anybody got tips to speed up recovery from soreness? Shoulders and triceps are doing fine, it's just my legs that got destroyed.

its not wavy being fat. it gets difficult but im trying. i dont want to quit. i feel like a cesspool at times. yet i keep trying to work out. i eat better than i used to. i look forward to the day where i can feel amazing about how i look.


My Goals
Weight 230 at the most.
have a better diet.
feel better about life.

this is the push i need to be motivated. :mjgrin:
